Never in my life had I wished for aircon to be gone. My fingers are fricking purple right now and I have no choice but to endure. THIS SUCKS.

On the other hand.. My attempt to make Philly Cheesesteak was a success! It was Phillycious! ULUL. I call it Beefsteak Cheesesteak tho, because I used the excess marinaded beefsteak I brought from home.

INGREDIENTS:
Butter
White onions, thinly sliced
Garlic, minced
Mushrooms, thinly sliced
Beefsteak leftovers [thinly sliced and uncooked; Philly Cheesesteak usually has thinly sliced Rib-eye steak]
Quickmelt cheese or Cheez Whiz

*The slices of onions, mushrooms, and steak should as much as possible be equal.

PROCEDURE:
1. Melt a good chunk of butter on medium heat, just enough to coat all your ingredients.
2. Saute garlic. Then the onions. Then the mushrooms. About 6 minutes or until caramelized.
3. Set the sauteed vegetables aside.
4. Saute beefsteak leftovers until cooked. If it is too salty [since it's marinaded in soy sauce], just add a couple of spoonfuls of water until saltiness is reduced. Adding a teensy bit of sugar also works. Keep in heat until liquid disappears.
5. Add the sauteed vegetables previously set aside. Stir.
6. Reduce heat. Top with Quickmelt cheese/ Cheez Whiz and let it melt a little.
7. Serve in warmed hotdog sandwich buns.
